Description
English: The Süleyman Bey Hamamı, probably from the mid 14th century and named after the Karamanoğlu Emir Seyfettin Süleyman Bey (1356 – 1357). This is the largest hamam in the city. A very solid construction, with walls 280 cm thick. The ‘soğukluk’ (cold room, with locker rooms and a fountain in its center) is covered by a large dome, and measures 12½ x 13 m.
