Summary edit

Description
English: Karnataka Special Sweet Kesari Bath, Semolina halwa or sheera with saffron milk or turmeric milk used for the Kesari - Orangish Yellow color. Semolina is roasted in ghee, cooked by adding water, ghee, sugar, cardamom powder, cashew and raisins. Traditionally Kesari bath is preferred along with Khara bath or Uppittu or Upma. Together Kesari Bath and Khara Bath are called Chow-Chow bath. I prefer real Chow-Chow or Sev Namkeen Mixture.
