Description
Deutsch: Der Karpfen wird im Plothener Teichgebiet und im Schleizer Oberland besonders zubereitet. Karpfenteile werden in einem kräftig gewürzten Wurzelgemüsesud gegart. Der Sud wird mit einer Einbrenne zur Suppe weiterverarbeitet und mit Karpfenstücken und Gemüse serviert. Fotografiert im Gasthaus Zum Plothenteich in Plothen.
English: Carp is prepared in a special way in the Plothen pond area and in the Schleizer Oberland. Carp pieces are cooked in a strongly spiced root vegetable broth. The broth is made into soup with a roux and served with carp pieces and vegetables. Photographed in the restaurant Zum Plothenteich in Plothen.
