Summary

Description
English: This was an postcard celebrating postal services around the world. Made by Kunzli Freres (Kunzli Brothers) in Switzerland, a famous early high-end lithographic printer later best known for its elaborate cat and other artistic postcards. The Kashmir State flag is on top and insignia with Hindi and Urdu letters at the bottom. The geometric designs in complementary colors, forward movement of the runner, foliage and onlookers testify to the sophisticated design principles that went into early postcards.
