Description

Keating channel panorama, looking south, between Cherry and the DVP.

Moored in the channel were:
  • a dredge barge
  • Tugboat William Rest
  • a small Port of Toronto pilot boat, or reasonable equivalent
  • Tugboat Brutus
  • (retired?) ferry Windmill Point
  • two barges
  • Tugboat Fred Sandretti
An additional Tugboat, the Kenneth A, was on some kind of stand, possibly for service, at the exteme end of the channel. There is also a small dock, like one could find in Muskoka and Haliburton, but if a boat is normally moored there it was at work when I took the photos.
