English: Key Transport Pond (2/2) A flooded claypit, fished by the Newton Abbot Fishing Association http://www.newtonfishing.com/waters.php?action=go (this water is one of the Preston Ponds group). Fish apparently thrive in these clay-milky waters. In the background is the mound of clay waste being shaped to the south of Denistone Quarry 1737995 The Abbrook flows south between the pond and the waste mound 1750105. |
