Summary edit

Description
English: Killamarsh Station signalbox and the remains of the "Up" platform of the erstwhile Killamarsh West station in north eastern Derbyshire, England on 27 November 1977. The train is travelling northwards ("Down") along the ex-Midland |railway "Old Road" between Chesterfield and Rotherham Masborough, though it would turn westwards to Sheffield a couple of miles further north at Beighton Junction. All Chesterfield-Sheffield trains that day were diverted because of engineering works. To the right is a bridge over the Rother, with an LDECR bridge visible behind it to the left and part of Glover's Victoria Flour Mill visible at the extreme right.
