English: Kirby Lane, Melton Mowbray. Kirby Lane traverses the centre of the square east to west, marking the boundary between the town to the left and the countryside to the right. The eastern half is an unmade track for most of its length and although a maximum speed limit of 60 mph is suggested by the signs I challenge anyone to exceed 10-15 mph along this pot-holed road! |
