Two storey three facades building. some source mentioned as Zsótér House, New Zsótér House. Built to multifunctional tenement building on rampart (outer part) of Szeged Fortress. Neo-Renaissance-Eclectic style. Built in 1873 (elsewhere 1874). Built to Andor Zsótér shipowner, grain merchant and vineyard planter. The permanent Tisza bridge construction plan was born in the mind of János Zsótér, the owner of grain transporter „bőgős" freight ships. In 1843, the council also submitted the wooden bridge plans to the Directorate General of Architecture. However, the Chamber preferred the construction of the chain bridge, the bridge was designed by engineer Vilmos Fest at the Chamber's Directorate of Architecture under the direction of Károly Kecskés. The plan did not become a reality due to lack of sufficient financial resources, and even the cheaper wooden bridge was not built/ - Tenants of the 1870s: Allemann and his partner's confectionery, the Lloyd Company, i.e. the Szeged trade exchange (in the frescoed great hall), Ferdinand Mayer's hardware store. From 1879–83 it was the seat of the Royal Commission for the reconstruction of the city. Since 1890 it has been owned by Ferenc Antal Wagner and his wife Jozefin Kuncz. Here were Seifmann's furniture warehouse, the furrier and tailor's workshops and ready-to-wear clothing shop of the Kúp (Gyula) company, and the workshop of barber Mihály Cserzy (Homokos). The owners of the house in 1951 were Margit Wagner, Ferenc Vági (Wagner) and Jenő Vági. Until the 1980s? Its main hall on the first floor with frescoed decoration was a theatre set warehouse around 1996, while on the ground floor there was a shoe shop, the Virág confectionery and Postabank Rt. - Around 2020, the branch of Erste Bank, the office of Pharmainvest Zrt. and the neo-baroque Virág (Flower) confectionery are located here. - In the 2020s: Via Roma shoe shop Virág Cukrászda és kávéház cafe - 1 Klauzál Square=17 Széchenyi Square=17=12 Kelemen Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Kétemeletes háromhomlokzatos sarokház. Zsótér Andor domborműves emléktábla (Felállítás 2004, Tóbiás Klára alkotása, bronz dombormű, márvány emléktábla). Szövege: 'Zsótér Andor, 1824-1906. Állította Szeged Megyei Jogú Város 2004-ben.' [1] Volt Zsótér-ház, máshol Új Zsótér-ház. Kereskedő-polgárház bérház, neoreneszánsz-eklektikus, épült 1873-ban (máshol 1874). - Zsótér Andor hajósgazda, gabonakereskedő és szőlőtelepítő részére a vár régi, külső sáncaira épült. /A gabonaszállító „bőgős" hajók nagygazdájának, Zsótér Jánosnak az elméjében született állandó Tiszai híd építési terv. A tanács 1843-ban a fahíd terveket is felterjesztette az Építészeti Főigazgatósághoz. A Kamara azonban a lánchíd építését részesítette előnyben, a hidat a kamarai Építészeti Igazgatóságon Kecskés Károly igazgatása alatt Fest Vilmos mérnök tervezte. A tervből a szükséges anyagi fedezet hiányában nem lett valóság, sőt az olcsóbb kivitelű fahíd megépítésére sem került sor/ - 1870-es évek bérlői: Allemann és társa cukrászdája, a Lloyd Társulat azaz a szegedi kereskedelmi börze, Mayer Ferdinánd vasboltja. 1879–83-ig itt volt a várost újjáépítő királyi biztosság székhelye. 1890-től Wagner Ferenc Antal és felesége Kuncz Jozefin tulajdona. Itt volt Seifmann bútorraktára, Kúp (Gyula) cég szűcs és szabó műhelyei és konfekciós ruhaüzlete, Cserzy Mihály (Homok) borbélymester műhelye. A ház tulajdonosai 1951-ben Wagner Margit, Vági (Wagner ) Ferenc és Vági Jenő.
