'Meetings' open air sculpture exhibition of Romanian sculptors in the courtyard. The courtyard is event venue of the 'Foundation for Szeged' cultural organization. - Former Wagner house, former Zseravitz house. Listed, two two-storey merchant-burgher's houses, early classicist, built around 1820. The façade on the left has five axes, the façade of the right part of the house has seven axes with a gate on the ground floor. In its U-shaped courtyard, the fourth wing is newer. On its façade there is an inscription: 'Monumental / characteristic "Wagner House" rebuilt in neoclassical style at the beginning of the XIX century' - History: From 1840 János Ivánkovits had a glass shop here. In 1843 János Zseravitz owned wine, timber merchant and industrialist. Among tenants are military officers' apartments. In the 1860s, Antal Felmayer's spice shop To the Black Dog, on the left Groszmann and Guttmann linen and lingerie, next to it was the bag and tarpaulin shop of Ignác Joszefert and his partner, next to which first Rudolf Stampa, then Allemann and his partner's confectionery, Emil Glück's dance school. In 1865 it was still called Zseravitz House. In December 1877 the building became the property of linen merchant Ferenc Antal Wagner. Volt Wagner-ház ritkábban Zseravitz-ház. Két összeépült emeletes kereskedő-polgárház, kora klasszicista, épült 1820 körül. A bal oldali homlokzat öttengelyes, a jobb oldali házrész homlokzata héttengelyes ( 3+K+3 ), földszintjén kapuval. U alakú udvarán a negyedik szárny újabb. A földszint és emelet nyílásai egyenes záródásúak, a kapu kőkerete is, közepén hatalmas rozettával. A faragott fakapun át tágas kapualjba jutni, ahol jobbra falpillérek sorakoznak. Balra két oszloppal indított, félkör alakú lépcsőház, a lépcsőt követő és lezáró fakorláttal. Az udvarban három oldalról kőkonzolokon nyugvó függőfolyosó, új jellegtelen korláttal. Homlokzatán műemléktábla felirata: 'Műemlék/jellegű "Wagner-ház" a XIX. szd. elején klasszicista stílusban építették át' - Története: Itt volt 1840-től Ivánkovits János üvegkereskedése. 1843-ban Zseravitz János bor-, fa- kereskedő, és gyáros ?, tulajdona. Bérlők között katonatiszti lakások. Az 1860-as években Felmayer Antal Fekete kutyához című fűszerkereskedése, balra Groszmann és Guttmann vászon- és fehérnemű-, mellette Joszefert Ignác és társa zsák- és ponyvaüzlete volt, e mellett előbb Stampa Rudolf, majd Allemann és társa cukrászdája, Glück Emil tánciskolája. 1865-ben még Zseravitz-féle ház volt a neve. 1867-ben már ifj. Felmayer Antal tulajdona. 1870-es évek bérlői Felmayer, Groszmann Guttmann, Joszefert Ign és Allemann, Lőwinger Lipót nyitott selyem- és divatáru-üzlete, Dávid Károly norinbergi- és rövidáru-üzlete, Hild Mór fűszeres, Déry Károly ügyvédi irodája, Politzer Sándor féle ékszerkereskedés. Az épület 1877 decemberében már Wagner Ferenc Antal vászonkereskedő tulajdona. Bérlők: Neu József lisztkereskedő és Till Emma rövidárus. 1890-es évek bérlői Politzer és a Till cégek, Keglovich fényképész műterem. Az 1980-as évek elején a házat fölújították. 1996-ban az üzlethelyiségekben: a Hatos rétes című rétesbolt, a Szeged Turist és az Országos Filharmónia irodája volt.
