Deutsch: Stereoskopie der Firma Knackstedt & Näther mit der fortlaufenden Nummer 659, hier mit einem Blick von einem erhöhten Aussichtspunkt über die Dächer im Zentrum des Ortes Stolberg im Harz, vorbei am Saigerturm (ganz rechts) über das Straßendreieck am Markt auf den Südflügel der St. Martini-Kirche in Richtung Schloss Stolberg (oben links). Das auf Lichtdruck spezialisierte hamburger Unternehmen (auch: K & N) hatte für ihre stereographischen Ansichtskarten die DRGM-Nummern 83768 und 92395 eintragen lassen. Das Datum dieser Aufnahme, vermutlich auch der Name des Fotografen, wird sich mit Sicherheit bis auf das genaue Tagesdatum und die Tageszeit noch aufklären lassen: Ein (Stereo-)Fotograf um 1900 erregte üblicherweise gerade in einem kleinen Ort wie Stolberg großes Aufsehen, so daß sich in den örtlichen Zeitungen und/oder anderen Dokumenten genauere Hinweise ergeben werden ... Diese Karte wurde dankenswerterweise von Ilse Paul zur Verfügung gestellt, um sie als hochaufgelöstes Digitalisat über Wikimedia Commons nachhaltig allen Menschen zur Verfügung zu stellen ... |
