| Description |
English: Knowle Guild House The timber framed Guild House was built in 1413 to house the Guild of St Anne, founded by Walter Cooke who was also responsible for the construction of the church. The Guild House passed into private hands following the dissolution in 1547 however in 1911 it was purchased by George Jackson who then donated it to the church anonymously. It was only after his death that his generosity was discovered. |
