English:
One storey building with gateway, built to HQ of the Futura PLL /grain and wool trading Co./. in 1922. -In 1927 the Békéscsaba Industrial Association (Est. 1885) bought the house, which was converted into the headquarters of the society. Facade plaque: 'To commemorate the 130th anniversary of the Békéscsaba Industrial Association, the members of the Industrial Body 1885-2015 erected it' - 8 Kossuth Square, Békéscsaba, Békés County, Hungary.

Egyemeletes, kapuátjárós épület. Bányai András építette klasszicizáló neoromantikus? stilusban emeletesre 1922-ben a főleg gabona és gyapjú kereskedelemmmel foglalkozó Magyar Szövetkezeti Központok Áruforgalmi Részvénytársasága, Futura Rt. székházát a Wagner-ház és a katolikus iskola között. 1927-ben aztán az Iparos Egylet (1885-ben alakult) székháznak vásárolta meg a házat, amelyet 1928-ban Lipták János tervei szerint udvari szárnnyal, nagy teremmel bővitették. Homlokzaton emléktábla (2015 vöröses-barna): 'A Békéscsabai Ipartestület fennállásának 130 éves jubileuma emlékére állíttatta az ipartestület tagsága 1885-2015' - Iparosok Háza (Kossuth tér 8) az épület mellett állt az egykori katolikus iskola amit 2000 körül lebontottak és 2005-ben a helyére épült fel a Kossuth háznak elnevezett lakóépület (Kossuth tér 6.), tovább jobbra állt a egyemeletes Klein-ház (Kossuth tér 4.), majd földszintes Szalay-ház ill. Próféta vendéglő ami 1932–33-ban a város Áchim Mihály tervei alapján átalakíttatott és az épületben a mezőgazdasági vegykísérleti állomást helyezték el, majd 1970-ben Verebi Sándor tervei alapjánépült, földszint+5 szintes Körös szálló. - Helyi védelem alatt áll azonosító nem ismert - Info: csabaihazak.blog.hu/2015/11/30/iparosok_haza - Békés megye, Békéscsaba, Belváros, Kossuth tér 8.
