Magyar: : Bazár, Szolnoki Törvényszék Mezőtúri Járásbírósága a Pétery Károly utcai oldalon található. A Kossuth tér déli oldalán álló, sárga, kétszintes épület alapkövét 1884 november elsején Bolvári Antal polgármester tette le és az eklektikus stílusú bérház, Mezőtúr első „monumentálisnak” mondható épülete nem egészen egy év alatt fel is épült. Párizsi mintára tervezték, ami akkor egyedülálló volt az országban. Az épületben helyet kapó tizenkét különböző típusú üzlet a keleti bazárok színes-egzotikus hangulatát volt hivatott érzékeltetni. A főbejárat fölött, a tetőt övező balusztrád sor közepén, barokkos kerettel körülvett három részes oromzat emelkedik, fülkéjében a város ősi címerével. A kerek talpú címerpajzson ma is jól kivehető a természetes liliom motívuma. A kartussal, füzérrel körülvett címerpajzs fölött oroszlánfej zárja le a fülke díszítményét. - Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok megye, Mezőtúr, Kossuth tér 9., Pétery Károly utca 2, hrsz. 4338.
