Description
Čeština: Znak města Kostelec nad Černými lesy, okres Praha-východ (dříve Kolín). V modrém štítě půl vousatého divého muže přirozených barev opásaného zelenými ratolestni, s podobným zeleným věncem na hlavě. Muž má levici v bok, v pozvednuté pravici drží červenou pětilistou růži na zlaté lodyze se dvěma zlatými lístky dole. V levém horním rohu štítu zlatá šestihrotá hvězda. Pozn.: tato červeno-modrá barevnost, odporující heraldickým pravidlům, byla popsána jen jednou, nyní je oficiálně potvrzen znak v barvě zlato-modré, viz mj. tento dokument (formát DOC): http://www.kostelecncl.cz/VismoOnline_ActionScripts/File.aspx?id_org=7016&id_dokumenty=2354
