Кремлёвская наб., 1 строение 2 (Москва) Здание построено в 1889 г. как многопрофильный престижный доходный дом. Архитектор С.С. Эйбушитц. В нём находились жилые квартиры (по Кремлёвской набережной), на Ленивку выходили конторы и непродовольственные купеческие склады, а по Лебяжьему переулку располагался водочный завод. Во дворе этого же здания в 1913 г. были построены «синематограф и театр миниатюр» владельца П.Г. Солодовникова, сына известного купца Г.Г. Солодовникова (архитектор С.М. Гончаров). Летом 1918 г. здесь находился так называемый «Театр Народа», в котором ставились спектакли-митинги, т е. во время театрального действия одновременно проходил и митинг на заданную тему: «митинг введен в пьесу», как объявлялось в газете. В конце 1918 г. в продолжение одного сезона в «Театре Народа» работал Е.Б. Вахтангов. |
