English: Part of a carding machine (produced by Fa. C.E. Schwalbe, Werdau, 1913) at the LVR Museum of Industry - Mueller Cloth Mill. Fleece is made of tousled wool fibres and then being twisted to create a loose slab yarn for spinning.
Deutsch: Teil eines Krempelsatzes (Fa. C.E. Schwalbe, Werdau, 1913) in der Tuchfabrik Müller - LVR-Industriemuseum Euskirchen. Aus lockerer Wolle entsteht hier zunächst Vlies und daraus Vorgarn, das später versponnen werden kann.
