Norsk bokmål: Kroppan gård, Eksteriør, oppå en høyde. I forgrunnen står Bjørn Kroppan og fisker i Nidelva. Populært sted for laksefiske. Bjørn Kroppan drev med husdyr og korndrift på gården. Kroppan (kanskje av norrønt kroppinn, krokete, som kan henspille på de sterkt buktende løpene til Nidelva og Leirelva på gårdsvaldet), gnr. 319, Tiller, mellom Nidelva og Leirelva. Gravfelt på gårdsvaldet. En av de eldste gårdene i tiller, ryddet i merovingertiden (ca. 570-800). I 1430-årene lå hele gården under erkebiskopen. Kroppan ble krongods ved reformasjonen. Selveierbruk fra ca 1800. Gården ble utstykket og husene revet i 1970-årene. Se Tiller bygdebok s 414 |
