titel: Kuip van preekstoel beschrijving: Deel van preekstoel met op de kuippanelen in reliëf de halffiguren van Christus als de Goede Herder met een schaap op de schouders, Maria van Egypte met kruis in de handen. Op de voorste twee hoeken een gevleugeld evangelistensymbool.

herkomst: Afkomstig uit de H. Barbarakerk aan de Crooswijkseweg te Rotterdam, gebouwd in 1922 als vervanging van een noodkerk in de Pijperstraat. In 1922 is de preekstoel uit een kerk in wassenaar gekomen. Oorspronkelijk zou de preekstoel in Zuid-Limburg hebben gestaan. De Barbarakerk is in 1974 aangekocht door de gemeente om te verbouwen tot sporthal. Toen is de preekstoel aangekocht door het museum.
