English: Supplementary Movie 4 The LRRK2 kinase inhibitor, GW5074, altered the response of G2019S-Tg microglia to ADP. G2019S-Tg microglia were pre-incubated with DMSO or GW5074 (10 μM) for 30 minutes and then treated with ADP. Images were collected over the course of 15 minutes.
