Español: La alcaldesa de Madrid, Manuela Carmena, ha asegurado que el voto de confianza otorgado la semana pasada por la Comisión Europea a las políticas medioambientales de España y de Madrid son para el Ayuntamiento de la capital un acicate “para ser más tenaces y más seguros” en el compromiso de reducir la contaminación y hacer de Madrid una ciudad más habitable. “Agradezco muchísimo que la sensibilidad de esta ciudad y de este Ayuntamiento haya sido reconocida y entendida por la Comisión Europea porque, aunque no hayamos todavía podido cumplir nuestros retos, sí hemos hecho un programa muy ambicioso, (el Plan A) que es el que se necesita para hacer posible que la naturaleza tenga el poder que debe tener frente a los individuos”. |
