DescriptionLady Foley's Tearoom - geograph.org.uk - 1397279.jpg |
English: Lady Foley's Tearoom This award-winning tea room is accessed via the Great Malvern station platform and is used by locals as well as those waiting for trains. The tea room is named after Lady Emily Foley, 19th century local landowner and Lady of the Manor of Malvern. She was largely responsible for the planning of Great Malvern expansion. By insisting on large prestigious houses and landscaped gardens, she created the unique townscape that we see today.
