English: Sulphur polypore (Laetiporus sulphureus), prepared dish. This mushroom also called "chicken polypore" and "chicken-of-the-woods". At cooking yellow-colored fungi becomes pink.
Français : Plat de Polypore soufré. Ce champignon est surnommé "poulet des bois" par les anglo-saxons, il est jaune, mais devient rose à la cuisson.
Русский: Трутовик серно-жёлтый (Laetiporus sulphureus), готовое блюдо из обжаренных грибов с луком и укропом. При готовке грибы меняют цвет с жёлтого на розоватый.
