DescriptionLast Address Sign - Moscow, Orlovo-Davydovsky Lane, 2 (2018-08-26) 11.jpg	English: The Last Address Sign is a commemorative plaque that is installed on the last known residential address of victims of the Soviet Union's Communist regime. The memorial sign is a small, 11x19 cm stainless steel plaque that contains information about the repressed person. This information usually contains his or her name, profession, date of birth, date of arrest, date and reason of death (was shot or died in a Soviet concentration camp), and date of rehabilitation ('for lack of corpus delicti'). Москва, Орлово-Давыдовский переулок, 2/5 . «Последний адрес» инженера Льва Исидоровича Вольфа.

Лев Вольф, начальник торпедного отдела Главного управления военной промышленности Наркомата тяжелой промышленности (НКТП), был арестован 28 декабря 1936 года. На всех допросах и очных ставках, в том числе с директором завода № 181 Григорием Алексеевичем Абрамовым и техническим директором Яковом Абрамовичем Виленским (оба арестованы 26 октября 1936 года), Вольф все выдвигаемые против него обвинения категорически отвергал.

Тем не менее, 25 августа 1937 году Льва Исидоровича Вольфа приговорили к расстрелу и через два дня - 27 августа 1937 года - А. Р. Поликарпов, комендант УНКВД ЛО, приговор привел в исполнение. Льву Вольфу было 34 года.

Технический директор Я.А. Виленский был расстрелян 6 мая 1937 года, директор завода Г.А. Абрамов - 8 мая 1937 года.

Следует отметить, что через несколько лет старший лейтенант госбезопасности А. Р. Поликарпов застрелился.
