Description
English: in the first week of june 2016 i camped at this place which is a mountain pass in the mid himalayas about 3100 meters above sea level. my company was gaurav sharma a bird photographer and my search for vantages took me to this point where little light was available in the foreground stones and clouds had partially blocked the sun but light was like a paint brush. i used a graduated filter to compensate for the stop difference.

jalodi pass connects kullu to its outer seraj area and shimla district. it closes in peak winters. it has the famous saryolsar lake and raghupur fort.
