Description
English: Laverstock North Junction, Salisbury, Wiltshire. The double track line on the right is the West of England Main Line from (left) London Waterloo to Salisbury and Exeter. The single track line connects this to the Wessex Main Line allowing trains to run between London and Southampton without reversing at Salisbury, although this is mostly used when engineering work closes the main line through Eastleigh.
