Description
English: Airmen train for contingency operations during Silver Flag: An Airman uses a theodolite to properly lay out Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) lights for pilots to land safely during Silver Flag Nov. 24 at Kadena Air Base, Japan. During the exercise, which is run by Det. 1, 554th RED HORSE Squadron members, Airmen trained to establish and sustain a forward operating base in simulated wartime conditions.
