English: According to IWM:

"Railway Construction with Salonika Expeditionary Force. Types of locomotives, Stavros Line. 2" gauge. Hudson 0-6-0 and Baldwin 4-6-0- types."

However, the locomotive on the left looks more like a Borsig/Decauville and was probably used industrially and not on the Stavros line
