Jan Leonard Moonen (Uncle Leo), (* Heerlen, August 31, 1895 - † Bergen-Belsen, April 2, 1945) was a Dutch resistance fighter and a Roman Catholic priest.

English: As secretary of the diocese of Roermond, he led the resistance in the province of Limburg in the background. Arrested on August 10, 1944 at a house search.
Deutsch: Als Sekretär des Bistums Roermond leitete er im Hintergrund den Widerstand in der Provinz Limburg. Am 10. August 1944 bei einer Hausdurchsuchung verhaftet.
Nederlands: Hij gaf als secretaris van het bisdom Roermond op de achtergrond leiding aan het verzet in de provincie Limburg. Gearresteerd op 10 augustus 1944 bij huis­zoeking.
