Description United States Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, signs his name to the book of visitors to the Seoul National Cemetery while the Republic of Korea Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Kim Sung-Chan, observes after a wreath laying ceremony held at the Seoul National Cemetery, Republic of Korea, October 27, 2011.
