Summary edit

Description

Their uniqueness lies in this vast set of streams flowing in a series of waterfalls over a distance of 1 kilometer, to form a majestic cloud of falls, the highest of which is just over 20 meters. La Lobé, at the end of its course, flows directly into the Atlantic Ocean, forming sumptuous cataracts. For the Batanga, Maabi and Pygmy peoples who live near them, the Lobé Falls represent a high place of belief and are generally associated with various worship and cultural rites related to the water of the river and the sea.
