| Description |
English: Lesser South Inch Looking across the lesser South Inch from the Edinburgh Road. A traditional spring scene with flowering daffodils and a view of the funfair which visits Perth every year in early April and October. The showmen hail from Greenock but have strong emotional ties with Perth stretching back to the second world war, when their families stayed put at the South Inch for the entire six years of war, sending their menfolk off to fight from there. |
