Lithotrity is a procedure where a stone in the bladder is crushed into pieces small enough to be passed out when the patient urinates. This procedure was first performed in the early 1800s. This eighteen-piece instrument set contains all the necessary equipment, including four lithotrities with keys to move the arms of the forceps, catheters and a scoop.
