Summary edit

Description

Nose view USAF Lockheed C-141B. The first thing you see is that its smaller than the C-5 or C-17, second thing, its closer to the ground, like a C-130. Third thing are all the reinforcements on the nose radome. On Boeing airplanes, the (also) external strips serve to reinforce and to provide a very low resistance pathway for lightning to get away into the main metal part of the plane.
