English: London Central bus RM1305 (reg. 305 CLT), a 1962 Routemaster. Having worked all it's life in London, it is pictured in July 2003 in London Central's sister company London General's Stockwell garage, as one of the buses used on route 11. It was used on this route until its last day of Routemaster operation, at the end of October 2003. After further service on route 12, it was finally withdrawn in November 2004, re-registered as 799 UXA, and passed to dealer Ensignbus. In July 2005 the bus was bought for use by Midland Classic, a public transport company based Swadlincote, Derbyshire. Along with RM1168, the buses formed a named pair, Ann and Jim. After being sold again on 1 Sep 2009, it is now in use by LD Lines ferries, painted in the company's livery and used as a promotional vehicle, with it's own website Other promotional work for the bus has included being used by Alton Towers during the launch of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", and by Chris Moyles to broadcast his Radio 1 breakfast show from live in Leeds in late 2005.
