English: Long Hedge near Stockton. This is a private road looking south, which is also a bridleway, that runs up from the village of Stockton, behind the camera, to Stockton Down, which can just be seen on the skyline in the far distance. The rather undistinctive line of trees and bushes on the right side of the road, is called Long Hedge, though the road might conceivably have this name. For a better image of Long Hedge see 474544. The line of trees crossing left to right is called Lambing Pen Belt. |
