Description
English: Doppler strain imaging 4-chamber view. The same patient as above. The blue trace displays low and delayed peak longitudinal strain (5%) from the apical septal segment while the yellow trace from the normal middle segment of the septum displays normal peak longitudinal strain at about 30%.
