Description Lot 11588-52: Middle East Activities. Free French and British Co-Operation and Fraternization in Syria. Although different difficulties have up to now impeded complete fraternization between Free French forces and British troops in Syria there exists complete friendship between them both at work and play. The two forces oppose each other at games and swimming, are entertained at various Allied service clubs, and cooperate in gunnery instruction and visit the races together.
