Summary edit

Description
English: Hurricane Katrina levee breach flood damaged Lower 9th Ward, New Orleans, some 16 months after the disaster. Drug store building is one of the few in the neighborhood showing substantial work to repair; it has been gutted and a new roof put on. View in door shows bags of cement mix and other repair items; some levels of long standing flood water still visible as lines on glass. (I believe for a time the highest water level was above the roof in this area.)
