English: Aerial photo of the empty city center of Rotterdam, with the railway bridge and the Willemsbrug over the Nieuwe Maas in the foreground on the left, and the area around the Oudehaven with the Witte Huis on the Geldersekade on the right. In the middle on the left the Boompjes and the Scheepmakershaven, more to the right the Wijnhaven, and at the back the Leuvehaven. In the background the Cool and Oude Westen districts, and in the right center the area near the Blaak, the Steigersgracht and the new Beurs on the Coolsingel. From the northeast. Year: 1945.
