Description
Deutsch: Das älteste Stück im Archiv des Liberalismus: eine Originalschrift Luthers aus dem Jahr 1532. Das kleine Bändchen im unscheinbaren Pappeinband ist über den Nachlass von Walter Scheel nach Gummersbach gekommen und handelt von der Auslegung des 147. Psalms. Solche Auslegungsschriften publizierte der Reformator im Vorfeld der ersten vollständigen Bibelübersetzung, die 1534 vorlag. Der bekannte Psalm 147, der auch den Namen „lauda Jerusalem“ (Lobe, Jerusalem) trägt, ist später desöfteren vertont worden, so von C. Monteverdi oder A. Bruckner.
