English:  : Lutheran Church, Baroque origin, 1784-1786. Reconstructed in eclectic neo-baroque style between 1850-1860, 1885-1886 and 1936. Inside: altar and pulpit 18th century. - Luther Square, Nyíregyháza, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County, Hungary.
Magyar:  : Evangélikus templom, védett műemlék, azonosító: 8366 (törzsszám 5941). Adalék: Az egykor uralkodó vallásnak tekinthető evangélikusok mára (2002) 10 százalékot alig meghaladó arányúakká váltak. A reformátusok kétszer többen vannak az evangélikusoknál. A városra ma sokkal inkább a katolikus, mint a protestáns megnevezés illik, mivel a római és a görög katolikusok együttes száma mintegy 15 ezerrel haladja meg a reformátusokét és az evangélikusokét együtt véve. http://mek.oszk.hu/07900/07980/07980.pdf A legrégebbi és legértékesebb műemlék a tirpák ősök jóvoltából, Giuseppe Aprilis tervei alapján 1784-86 között emelt Luther téri késő barokk evangélikus templom.
