| Description |
English: Lych Gate and Yew Tunnel, Wilstone Cemetery. The Lych Gate 716794 stands at one end of an avenue of yew trees which runs the length of the cemetery. In the approximately hundred years since they were planted they have grown to form a heavily shaded tunnel.
It should be noted that the Lych Gate opens onto a busy road and is rarely used. Normal access to the cemetery being through a field gate in the south-west hedge, where there is room to park a small number of cars. |
