Deutsch: Der Freskenzyklus aus dem Alten Hof in München zeigt eine Reihe der Herzöge von Bayern. Ursprünglich handelte es sich um 61 Figuren. Das Werk wird auf die Jahre 1463/1465 datiert und von Hoffmann 2007 dem Meister der Pollinger Tafeln oder seiner Werkstatt zugeschrieben. Der Meister wird auch mit dem Münchener Maler Hans Gleismüller identifiziert. Als Auftraggeber wird Herzog Siegmund von Oberbayern angenommen (Ingrid-Sibylle Hoffmann: Der Meister der Pollinger Tafeln. Wege der Erneuerung in der bayerischen Malerei des mittleren 15. Jahrhunderts. VDG-Verlag, Weimar 2007).
English: The fresco cycle from the Alte Hof in Munich shows a series of the Dukes of Bavaria. Originally there were 61 figures. The work is dated to the years 1463/1465 and attributed by Hoffmann 2007 to the master of the Pollinger Tafeln or his workshop. The master is also identified with the Munich painter Hans Gleismüller. Duke Siegmund of Upper Bavaria is assumed to be the patron (Ingrid-Sibylle Hoffmann: Der Meister der Pollinger Tafeln. Wege der Erneuerung in der bayerischen Malerei des mittleren 15. Jahrhunderts. VDG-Verlag, Weimar 2007).
