Description
English: San Juan, Puerto Rico (Feb. 27) --DC1 Ed Cables works with the Puerto Rico Army National Guard in unloading equipment needed to begin operations to remove fuel and cargo from the 650-foot grounded cargo ship Sergo Zakariadze. The ship sits on the rocks outside the entrance to San Juan port. It was carrying 17,000 tons of cement dust when it ran aground Nov. 18, 1999.
