English: Malcolm Costa, a.k.a. MC Vibe was born on April 4th, 2002, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Son of a D.J. and a hip-hop journalist/producer, MC Vibe comes from a long line of musicians and performers.
He grew up with his mother, Vanessa de Oliveira, on the north side of Sao Paulo. Like many in Brazil, MC Vibe knows what it is to survive the trials and tribulations of poverty while fully capable of navigating and thriving in the social elite society. His style is the product of the years of listening to and being influenced by artists like Juice World, Frank Sinatra, XXXTENTACION, Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson, and others. Birthing a style so fluid and smooth that allows him to traverse between genres naturally and effortlessly. This allows him to collaborate with a pantheon of artists from the likes of Kid Laroi to Machine Gun Kelly, Michael Bubble to Lord, and everyone in between. MC Vibe is all about his music, but he is also an entrepreneur. As the head of music at Real Talk Productions, he oversees the development and production of all the Real Talk roster as well as talent acquisition. MC Vibe has released various songs on Apple Music, Spotify, and other platforms and has been performing at local clubs near his home in South Florida. He captivates the crowd with his commanding performance and natural charisma. His energy keeps the crowd pumping at all times making it a very entertaining show. All of these raw talents have led him to close shows for international heavy hitters like HaiKais. MC Vibe is an artist with international appeal with songs in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. His flow is ever-changing, and his persona is contagious and inspiring. MC Vibe has struggled with depression personally, so he consciously sheds light on mental health and depression issues that plague teens and young adults while providing them with hope and sympathy. He accomplishes this by letting his own mental and emotional struggles bleed out onto his tracks. MC Vibe is currently working on various projects for himself and others. His latest Mix Tape In My Head has been gathering great reviews amongst his peers and followers. With unreleased projects like Neverland, E.D.I.T.H., and various others already completed, MC Vibe is poised to launch his O.G. Vibe Records with a full catalog and roster filled with hits and future stars. Check out his latest EP Broken Remedies, available on all platforms. |
