Description
English: 74HCT series integrated circuits manufactured by VEB Mikroelektronik "Karl Marx" Erfurt (former Funkwerk Erfurt)
Deutsch: Integrierte Schaltkreise der Serie U74HCT (High-Speed CMOS, TTL-kompatible Ein- und Ausgänge), hergestellt im VEB Mikroelektronik "Karl Marx" Erfurt (erkennbar am vom Funkwerk Erfurt beibehaltenen Logo) in den Jahren 1988 bis 1990 (sofern ein Datumskode aufgedruckt ist). Alle Schaltkreise haben ein Plastgehäuse und einen erweiterten Temperaturbereich von −40 °C bis +85 °C (Bezeichnung endet in "DK"). Schaltkreise mit mehr als 16 Anschlüssen haben ein Anschlussraster von 2,54 mm (1/10 Zoll, gegenüber den in der DDR üblichen 2,5 mm) und tragen den Aufdruck "Z" (für "Zoll" – für den Datumskode war dann wohl kein Platz mehr).
