The Blue structure is the Florida Avenue Bridge. To its right is the industrial area in back of the Lower 9th Ward uses as a scrap and debris repository in the Hurricane Katrina cleanup. The towers of the Claiborne Avenue Bridge over the Industrial Canal are visible in the distance. |
