English: Crew members aboard the Military Sealift Command container ship MV Cape Ray watch as the marine evacuation system deploys. The system is a life-saving device found on many modern passenger ships consisting of an inflatable slide or escape chute where the crew can rapidly evacuate into awaiting life raft.
