English: Maen Llwyd Isaf ruins. The ruins of the buildings at Maen Llwyd Isaf on the northern slopes of Moel Eilio in the Snowdon group. The lake in the distance is Llyn Padarn, with the heavily quarried Elidir Fawr beyond. Most of the square is pasture in the cwm of Afon Goch. The upper end of an abandoned slate quarry straddles the northern edge of the square. |
